Temperamental pacer S Sreesanth [ Images ], who gave away 52 runs in 8 overs in the final of the ICC [ Images ] World Cup against Sri Lanka [ Images ], on Monday said he was "not satisfied" with his performance.
Talking to reporters at the airport after arriving from Mumbai [ Images ], Sreesanth said, however, he was "extremely happy" to have been a member of the title-winning squad and also pleased to have played in the final.
Sreesanth was a surprise pick for the tie, being chosen ahead of spinner R Ashwin following an injury to first-choice pacer Ashish Nehra [ Images ].
He was received at the airport by his parents Santhakumaran Nair and Savithri Devi and officials of the Kerala [ Images ] Cricket Association and Kochi Tuskers Kerala, who bought him in the IPL auction in January.
A huge crowd of supporters had gathered at the airport to receive Sreesanth.
