Shanghai Metro officials have started hiring people to solve the problem of overcrowding in its 37.5-km subway line, which was opened two years ago.
There are around 160 metro systems in the world.
Four new subway lines will open to the public this month, which will extend the capital's subway to 527 kms, the longest in the country.
