During the hearing on the plea before the high court, the Delhi police had also sought cancellation of Pachauri's liberty claiming he was influencing witnesses and misusing the bail conditions.
TERI Director-General R K Pachauri was on Monday granted interim protection from arrest till February 26 by a Delhi court.
Justice S P Garg posted the matter for July 16.
Additional Sessions Judge Raj Kumar Tripathi allowed the plea to modify the earlier order restricting his entry into the offices of TERI.
