The National Investigative Agency on Thursday registered a case against Pakistan-born United States citizen Headley and his aide Canadian-born Tahawwur Hussain Rana, in connection with the 26/11 terror attacks on Mumbai. Headley and Rana, both suspected Lashkar-e-Tayiba operatives, were arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation from Chicago in late October.
