Cellular operators on Monday moved Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal against limited mobility operators accusing them of violating licence conditions and judicial orders of the tribunal.

"The resolution plan submitted by Space Mantra Private has not been approved by CoC of FRL, kindly note that, the Resolution Professional (RP) has filed an application, before the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, for initiation of liquidation of FRL," said a regulatory filing from FRL.
Justice Geeta Mittal, a Delhi High Court judge who is heading the tribunal, said the government cannot extend the ban on the basis of earlier records against the organisation. "What precluded the government from stating the facts? You have to satisfy the tribunal about the sufficiency of the reason behind issuing a fresh notification (on the ban)," Justice Mittal said.
This will be the second tribunal on sharing of the Krishna waters; the earlier one was set up in 1969.
