Survivors are still coming to terms with the tragedy that struck the ill-fated seven-storey building in Shil Phata's Lucky Compound in which over 70 people were killed.
'The caller is a truck driver from Marathwada region of Maharashtra. We have learnt that he has a habit of drinking. He has been detained along with one more person and the process to register an offence is currently on,' Mumbai police said.
The building -- 'Piyush' -- collapsed at around 6.30 am, civic authorities said, adding that most of those trapped in the rubbles were local vegetable vendors.

The 35-year-old 'Shakuntala' building, situated at Bazarpeth in Mumbra area of Thane district, collapsed after midnight when the residents were fast asleep, police said.
