Mustaffa and brother Mohammad Dossa are accused of distributing arms and ammunition in the runup to the 1993 serial blasts in Mumbai.
The warrants have been issued by TADA courts in arms seizure cases registered against Mustaffa in Valsad, Jamnagar, Porbander, Bharuch and Ahmedabad.

The ruling National Conference President and Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Dr Farooq Abdullah on Thursday asked his party spokesman Dr Mustaffa Kamal "to exercise restraint and follow the party policy line on all issues, particularly those pertaining to the policies of the coalition government, relationship with the Congress party, Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) and the role of the army".
The chief spokesman of the NC, Dr Mustaffa Kamal who is also the uncle of the state chief minister, Omar Abdullah had on Tuesday said that 'Delhi was hurling grenades in Kashmir'.
