Five associates of the Jaggu Bhagwanpuria and Amritpal Bath gangs were arrested in Punjab, India, after police seized weapons and uncovered a plot for targeted killings. Police recovered four weapons, including a Glock 9mm pistol, and a vehicle without a registration number. The accused confessed to receiving weapons from Jaggu Bhagwanpuria and planning the killings on the instruction of Amritpal Batth. They are linked to multiple criminal cases, including attempted murder, illegal arms possession, and gang-related violence.
