Four Indian shuttlers, including P Kashyap and Chetan Anand, advanced to the second round of the of the Macau Open after contrasting wins even as two others were shown the door on Tuesday. Kashyap, seeded 14th, beat Malaysian Chun Seang Tan 21-16, 22-20 in 30 minutes, while seventh seed Chetan defeated Kay Bin Yeoh 21-16, 21-16 in a 26-minute first round encounter.

Two weeks ago, RIL chief Mukesh Ambani instructed his senior executives to get ready for production by October, almost two-three months ahead of the earlier planned schedule, as the refinery at Jamnagar, the East-West pipeline and facilities at KG basin are nearing completion, said sources. RIL is developing the largest gas find in the world in KG basin, with estimated gas reserves of 11.5 trillion cubic feet (TCF).

It is caused by the bacterium bacillus anthracis, which is highly lethal in some forms.The administration has decided to take all necessary steps to control the spread of the disease.

SBI put a temporary ban on tractors and farm mechanisation loans, starting this week, citing the reason of rising overdues. SBI finances about 25 per cent of all tractors sold in India, with a finance exposure of Rs 7,000 crore (Rs billion) as of last year. The ban will remain effective for a period of two months. According to an industry expert, India witnessed sales of about 325,000 tractors last year.
