Uttar Pradesh police on Tuesday flatly ruled out the 'honour killing' angle behind the brutal killing of 29-year-old Abdul Hakim, who was killed in Adoli village of Bulandshahr district on November 22.
The Uttar Pradesh government has given permission to the Crime Branch- Criminal Investigation Department to arrest five policemen, including an additional superintendent of police, in connection with a two-year old custodial death case in Barabanki district.
