Army troops on Friday foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control in Poonch district, killing a suspected militant who was in an army fatigue.
The infiltration bid was scuttled in Balakot sector on Saturday evening and a massive search operation is still underway, the spokesman said.
An army jawan was killed and three others injured in a blast triggered by an Improvised Explosive Device attack along LoC in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.

Once started, the trade across LoC will add another significant milestone to the ongoing Indo-Pak peace process. The foundation stone for ITC for trade exhibitions was laid near Srinagar.
