Four more persons died due to severe cold wave in different parts of Uttar Pradesh, taking the toll in the state this winter to 123. One person each died in Allahabad, Kaushambi, Lalitpur and Siddharth Nagar due to cold conditions since Thursday. Though cold conditions persisted in most parts of the state, a bright sun came out in the morning, giving some respite to the people from the biting cold. With 4.0 degree Celsius, which was five notches below normal.
