Pakistan through its consulate in Netherlands came to know that the ICJ ordered India to submit a response by September 13.
Pakistan said that Jadhav is not an ordinary person as he had entered the country with the intent of spying and carrying out sabotage activities.
The ICJ had asked Pakistan to submit its written response or memorial by December 13 before the court could start further proceedings.
The request was made in view of the upcoming elections for ICJ judges, scheduled to be held in November,
Aziz said that when it comes to cases involving the death penalty, the international court has always given a stay order.
The Pakistani delegation, in its meetings with World Bank officials, insisted on early appointment of the judges and setting up the court.
