The girl had gone out into the fields for some work on Sunday when the accused, identified as Alim, raped her, they said, adding he also threatened her of dire consequences.
The girl has been sent for medical examination and the accused has been arrested.
This is second such incident in last two days. A class 10th girl was raped by two school teachers on July 30 after which security was tightened in the area.
