Chaibasa jailbreak mastermind arrested

According to sources, Sanjay Ganju, the Naxal leader and alleged mastermind of the Chaibasa jailbreak, has been arrested.

The government had placed a Rs 10 lakh reward on the successful capture of Ganju.

The jailbreak that took place in the West Singhbhum district on December 9, allowed undertrial prisoners including seven Naxalites to escape from the divisional jail.
