Inaugural bus: Sonia to be there

United Progressive Alliance chairperson and Congress president Sonia Gandhi [Images] will join Prime Minister Manmohan Singh [Images] on April 7 in Kashmir when he flags off the Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus service.

The two leaders will also address a public rally in Srinagar [Images] soon after flagging off the bus, senior Congress leader Ambika Soni told PTI in New Delhi [Images].

Soni said she is holding discussions with Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed with regard to preparations for the event.
