One killed in Srinagar blast

One person was killed and over a dozen injured, including three armymen, in a massive blast in Srinagar [Images] on Wednesday afternoon.

The blast occurred near the Powergrid station on the Srinagar-Uri highway near Sanat Nagar.

Some vehicles were also damaged in the explosion.

The injured have been rushed to a hospital in Srinagar.

No militant group has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.
