14 hurt in Jammu grenade attack

Fourteen persons were injured late on Monday in a grenade attack near Punjab National Bank [Get Quote] at Poonch in Jammu.

Police said condition of six of the injured was critical. All the injured have been admitted to the sub-district hospital in Poonch.

"Police and security forces rushed to the spot and the injured were shifted to the local hospital," said a police officer in Jammu.

The area was searched by the security forces. No group has yet claimed  responsibility for the blast.
