In a move to dispel misconceptions about gender and sexuality, a three-day international film festival called Larzish will explore the themes of gender and sexual plurality between October 17-19 in Mumbai.
The festival will present films, videos, speeches and panel discussions.
With more than 23 hours of screening time, the festival will screen fiction, documentary and experimental films from Australia, Belgium, Canada, Finland, Germany, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Pakistan, South Africa, South Korea, Serbia, Switzerland, Netherlands, UK and USA.
The festival has been organised by Humjinsi, a helpline for women and India Centre for Human Rights and Law.
