Apart from acting, it's dancing that our Bollywood stars need to be good at because our films are always high on naach-gaana.
And fortunately, most B-town celebs can dance pretty well!
Whether it's dhak dhak girl Madhuri Dixit or model-turned-actress Deepika Padukone, they have all wowed audience with their moves. And that's why filmmakers often incorporate dance-off sequences just to spice things up a little more.
Here's looking at some of Bollywood's EPIC dance-offs.
Take a look and VOTE for your favourite one at the end.
Pinga
Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus Bajirao Mastani is yet to hit the screens but has already garnered a lot of attention.
One of the reasons is the song Pinga, featuring Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone.
The dance number may be historically incorrect, but it's quite a treat to the eyes.
Dola Re
Pinga, incidentally, has been compared to Madhuri Dixit and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's Dola Re, in Bhansali's earlier epic Devdas.
Two terrific dancers matching steps on a beautiful number and adding life to the director's vision is what makes Dola Re truly epic!
Dance of Envy
Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor's dance-off was the highlight of Yash Raj Films' blockbuster Dil Toh Pagal Hai.
While the Kapoor girl showed aggression and passion, her co-star brought in grace, making a beautiful combination.
Jhoom Barabar Jhoom
Shaad Ali's multi-starrer movie Jhoom Barabar Jhoom was nothing less than a disaster.
But the one thing we all remember about it is the dance off between Abhishek Bachchan-Lara Dutta and Preity Zinta-Bobby Deol.
Aaj Ke Ladke I Tell You
Kareena Kapoor's dance competition in college turns into a dance-off when Hrithik Roshan joins the dance floor. We all know Duggu is a fabulous dancer but Bebo doesn't let him overshadow her in this song in Mujhse Dosti Karoge.
Disco Deewane
To win the coveted title of 'Student of the Year', Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra take on each other on the dance floor.
The result? A peppy, groovy number which is played at the parties even today.
Aaj Na Chodunga Tujhe
Aamir Khan takes on one of the best dancers in the film industry, and gives her solid competition in the song Aaj Na Chodunga Tujhe from Dil.
Aa Dekhen Zara
Sanjay Dutt competes with Shakti Kapoor in this foot-tapping number from his debut film Rocky. Keeping the two actors company in the dance-off are Reena Roy and Tina Munim respectively.
Hum Se Muqabla
Two dancing queens of Hindi cinema -- Vyjanthimala and Helen -- show off their moves in this song from the film Prince and how!
While the former nails her classical act, the latter dances her heart out.
Shammi Kapoor also joins in the fun.
Badi Mushkil
Manisha Koirala tries her best to match up to Madhuri Dixit in this fun song in Lajja.
It's the first time we see these actresses dance together on screen, and they do liven the proceedings for us.
