'Sundays are for catching up on life. And for actively taking out time to appreciate the little things in life we often take for granted.

'Practising gratitude is an active practise. Just like exercise. And recognising that you're not feeling quite right mentally, and introspecting there upon is also something that needs to be actively practised.

'All 'self help' books don't need to be heavy reading. Some achieve the intended result very simply- leaving you feeling uplifted and hopeful.

'This is my reading corner. It's now complete with this lovely painting by @kamran.azim'

'What are you reading right now?'
