Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film also stars Kajol and is currently being shot in Bulgaria.

RIP Charles Correa

India's renowned architect Charles Correa passed away on Tuesday and several celebrities paid tribute to him:

Salman Khan's new painting


Salman Khan posted a picture of his latest painting, above, and tweeted: ‘Bajrangi bhaijaan.’

Directed by Kabir Khan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The film will release on July 17.


Rishi Kapoor gets nostalgic


Rishi Kapoor, who is shooting for the film Kapoor & Sons in Ooty, visited the hotel where he had shot some sequences for his 1980 superhit film Karz. 

He shared a picture, above, and tweeted: ‘Nostalgia. Fernhills Palace Hotel Ooty The Ball Room. Karz shooting 35 years back 20 kgs in excess @SubhashGhai1. YO! Lagta hai bas Kal hi yahaan shoot kiya! How time has gone by. Thank you Subash for Karz-The iconic!’ 
Meanwhile, he also caught up with Naseeruddin Shah. ‘Coonoor.Great to connect with "The Naseeruddin Shah" last night after we worked in Khoj 26 years back. Easily amongst the greater actors. Naseer is a guest in Coonoor not to be mistaken as cast member of #kapoorandsons. However, we hoped that would have been true!’ Kapoor added.


Vidya Balan meets Akhilesh Yadav


Vidya Balan recently visited Uttar Pradesh to promote her latest film Hamari Adhuri Kahani and also met Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav. The film has been made tax-free in the state.

Producer Mahesh Bhatt shared a picture, above, and wrote: ‘#HamariAdhuriKahani has been declared Tax Free in UP.’

Hamari Adhuri Kahani also stars Emraan Hashmi and Rajkummar Rao.


Farhan Akhtar gets ready for Rock On!! 2


After Dil Dhadakne Do, Farhan Akhtar has started working on the songs for his next film Rock On!! 2.

He shared a picture from the recording studio, above, and tweeted: ‘Pleasure meeting the talented band 'Somersault' from Shillong. Yes a recording is involved. More to follow.’

A sequel to 2008 hit film Rock On!!, will also feature Arjun Rampal, Prachi Desai, Shraddha Kapoor and Purab Kohli.
