Rajendra Singh Lodha has filed petitions in the Calcutta high court seeking dismissal of the applications filed by Radha Mohata, Lakshmi Newar and K K Birla, G P Birla, B K Birla and Yashovardhan Birla for appointment of administrator over the estate of late M P Birla.

In the petitions Lodha alleged that the move was an abuse of the process of law and multiplicity of the proceedings and should not be allowed.
