PICS: Sexy styles from international catwalks!

In a round-up of recent world fashions, we bring you the best of designerwear seen on catwalks from Paris to Sydney.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Switzerland, Destination Fashion 2012, Aruba In Style...there have been several major fashion events held across the globe in the past month.

From hot swimwear to ice-cool cocktails and even dresses made of chocolate, the designs ranged from sexy and glam to cutting-edge and creative.

So browse through and bring youself up-to-date with the latest trends and international offerings in the following pages.

We start off with a glimpse from the Cleo Annual Swim Party organised by Cleo Magazine in Sydney, Australia, where bikinis and swimsuits by Aussie brand Billabong dominated the runway in a riot of colour.

This pastel floral two-piece was among the more striking creations, with its delicate colour and lace-trim setting it apart from the rest.

We then travel to Mexico City, to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

This ensemble by Mexican brand Pink Magnolia gave off a flirty vibe with its quilted skirt and plunging back.

Uniquely structured, this beautiful mini is the work of Turkish couturier Arzu Kaprol, and was seen at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Days in Zurich.

The same event also saw the ethereal stylings of Greek-Italian designer Dimitri, whose sheer, pleated dresses in bright citrus tones were a visual delight.

Haiti's first-ever Fashion Week was a landmark do last month.

Seen here is a lovely orange beach kaftan and beaded necklace, both creations by Haitian fashion and accessories designer Giovanna Menard.

Moving onto Miami, we come to the sophisticated and sensual stylings from the house of Emilio Pucci, showcased at the Destination Fashion 2012 To Benefit The Buoniconti Fund To Cure Paralysis (the fundraising arm of The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis).

Artistic director of Pucci Peter Dundas put up a fantastic showing, as is apparent from this design -- a stunning white one-sided tunic teamed with see-through pants.

Pucci's sheer offerings were reminiscent of another showing held halfway across the world at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Days in Zurich -- this pin-tucked ivory dress, worn over a full corset too to the ramp at the Dawid Tomaszweski Show.

In stark contrast was the chic resortwear from American designer Charlotte Ronson, also on display at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Days.

This black satin and white mesh playsuit from her collection was the cynosure of all eyes.

For those who like making a heavy-duty statement, this metallic panelled mini was presented during the Wensibo Show, the Fibres and Yarns Award Winner 2012 by Oerlikon, at Zurich's Mercedes-Benz Fashion Days.

This chocolate and black affair reflective of duality is the work of Desiree Gabriel, taking to the ramp in Zurich too.

It was showcased during the 9th Annabelle Award 2012 'An Homage to the Youth' on the second day of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Days.

Channeling the crop-top and pencil skirt trend, this zebra-printed ensemble was part of the Laurel Show at Mercedes-Benz.

Worthy of any A-lister or red carpet, this elegant black evening gown is among Kevan Hall's latest offerings, and was seen at the Lupus LA 10th Anniversary Hollywood Bag Ladies Luncheon in Beverly Hills, California.

From evening elegance we move to tropical beach beauties. This flowery resort dress by Gigliola Designs was showcased in Aruba -- the first week of November saw the Caribbean isle come alive with Aruba in Style 2012, an event highlighting fashion, music and nightlife on the beautiful island.

The International Swim Show & Soiree at Aruba In Style saw the best of swimwear on offer, from labels such as Agua Bendita, Aqua Di Lara and Poko Pano.

This sexy blue bikini and shirt cover-up are from Brazilian brand Poko Pano.

The event's kick-off party and press conference saw a charity auction fashion show by designer Berjheny Perez; this daring mesh vest and sarong skirt are her creations.

And finally, we come to the quirkiest of the lot -- designs in chocolate!

This dramatic (and delicious) design was just one of the many that took to the the runway during the 18th Salon Du Chocolat at Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles in Paris.
