The third day of Lakme Fashion Week saw plenty of vibrant ethnicwear, and one such showing that made an impact was Vaishali Shadangule's.

Her 'Reverb' line consisted of traditional attire with unique drapes and cuts. Fabrics included Chanderi, organza, silk and brocade in festive colours like blue, red, white and gold and several designs sported floral embellishments.

An attractive blue and white number adorned with pale gold floats onto the runway.

A repetitive interplay of citrus, white and gold is seen on an array of outfits.

The designer scores with this lovely sheer tunic and crushed skirt, set off by a dupatta innovatively tied onto the shoulders like a cape.

We see another crushed skirt, set off by a reverie in red with an asymmetric handkerchief hemline.

A chic touch is added to this lovely kurta courtesy the quirky side pocket.

Creating a sari silhouette we have this twirling layered tunic, draped over one shoulder.

Exuding a bridal feel, a simple but striking red-and-gold lehenga takes a turn on the ramp.

Diva Dhawan models the regal showstopper, a flurry of traditional rust and red with gold touches.
