"Several people buy things they don't need just because they get it at cheaper rates. I do not buy things unless I really feel the need," writes Navin Singh.
"Reduce credit card debt and pay bills before the due date.
"I use public transport frequently as this helps me save ₹1000 every month.
"I buy only seasonal fruits and vegetables, thanks to which I save ₹500 on a monthly basis, and around ₹6000 yearly.
"Make a habit of keeping ₹20 aside daily, this will help you save ₹7200 every year. You can always increase the amount if your earning is higher."
