We'd asked you, dear readers to tell us what is the one life lesson you would want to share.

Kalpathy Sivaramakrishnan Venkatram from Mumbai shares his lesson. You can share your life lesson too. Scroll down to find out how.

A basic lesson one should understand is that life is always a roller coaster ride.

Every next moment can be race between happiness and sadness.

I have gone through rough phases in life.

Yet, I still stand through every rough weather and visualise a certain kind of happiness and learning during these periods.

You should keep going, be confident and and have faith -- these qualities will help you have a positive outlook in life.

Life is a game, keep playing it. Never give up. Today's pain will give you strength tomorrow.

Be there for your parents till their last moments, because they will be a part of who you are till the end.
