Say hello to your new fitspiration!
Before and after! Mandana Karimi will give you major fitness goals. The actor has undergone a huge weight loss transformation and the above pic is all the proof one needs. While she hasn't shared details about the weight she has lost, Mandana shared this pic on Instagram and wrote: 'Describing someone as 'fat' is just that descriptive. No different than calling someone skinny.' Photograph: Courtesy Mandana Karimi/Instagram
Her workout routine includes 20 minutes of mixed workouts (squats, shoulder press and abs), 3 sets of each exercise and 10 minutes running at last.
Monday motivation done right. A super-ripped Mandana works out on the treadmill.
'Your body can stand almost anything, it's your mind you have to convince,' shares Mandana who likes to be known as the 'strong not skinny' person.
'Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.' The idea is to be the best version of herself.
When she is not working out in the gym, Mandana plays football.
For Mandana, being fit is not just about physical transformation. 'When I'm sad, I don't want someone to tell me about how 'it gets better' and that I need to 'move on',' she shares. 'I need someone to tell me that it's ok to be sad, and that my feelings are validated. I don't need someone to tell me about how much happier I could be, I need someone to hold me and tell me I've been strong and that it's ok to sometimes not be ok,' she adds.
She strikes that perfect balance with food by eating healthy and right.
