The lure of IPL's millions might be difficult to ignore but Australian batsman David Warner says it would never be good enough to distract him from national duty and he would always pick Test cricket over the cash-rich league when given a choice.

David Warner"Definitely not. My goal as a kid was to get the baggy green and I'm here at this moment opening the batting," Warner, who made his Test debut in December against New Zealand, was quoted as saying by The Australian Associated Press.

"I'm trying to take my opportunity and trying to cement my place there. I'm 100 per cent Test cricket over IPL any day."

The West Indies would lose some players to IPL which starts April 4 and Warner said the choice is entirely up to the cricketers concerned.

"They've (West Indians) got to make their minds up on what they want and what they're benefiting out of it -- if it's money, then it's money. It's their choice."
