India's Test batsman Cheteshwar Pujara had reason to celebrate his inclusion in the team for the first two Tests against England. He got engaged to Pooja Pabari at a low-key private ceremony, on Tuesday.
The engagement was held in Rajkot and attended by only family members from both sides.
Pooja, 22, is a resident of Jamjodhpur in Jamnagar and is an MBA in retail management.
"We decided to have a low-key affair at a city hotel," Cheteshwar's father Aravind Pujara said, adding the wedding will not take place soon as Team India has a tight schedule over the next few months.
