Rasikh Salam was handed the final over for Royal Challengers Bengaluru as they looked to restrict a powerful finish from Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Nitish Kumar Reddy started with a mistimed pull that fetched just a single, while Ishan Kishan also rotated strike with one to long-on as the bowlers managed to pull things back.
Reddy then broke free, carving a boundary as SRH brought up the 250 mark, despite a couple of wides adding extra runs. Jitesh Sharma did well behind the stumps to save further damage on one of the deliveries.
But the momentum shifted late in the over. Kishan first missed one and then attempted a big hit but mistimed it completely. Devdutt Padikkal made no mistake in the deep, taking a clean catch to end Kishan's brilliant knock of 79 off 46 balls.
A strong final over from RCB -- just 9 runs and a wicket as Sunrisers Hyderabad finish at 255 for 4 after 20 overs.
