Aus 136-2 (30 ovs) vs India | Scorecard

Shami tempts Clarke to drive at one slightly wide of the stumps but the resultant edge falls short of the slips. The Australian captain plays another loose drive off the next ball, this time getting a thick edge which goes behind point for a boundary.

Warner is content to play it sensibly as he takes a single from the first ball before Clarke drives Ishant down the ground past mid-on for three runs.

Warner clips a full delivery from Shami through midwicket for another easy single. Clarke plays another great shot, hammering a full delivery straight down back past the bowler for a four to take his score to 22.

He attempts to cut the next ball but is beaten and is lucky not to have got an edge. Both Shami and Aaron have leaked a lot of runs and failed to give enough support to the experienced Ishant.

Ishant continues from round the wicket and Warner clips another one off his pads for a single. The strategy of bowling around the stumps and on to Warner's body is not working with the left-hander picking up easy runs on the leg side.

After 30 overs, Australia looking comfortable on 136 for two with Warner on 84 from 87 balls and Clarke on 23 from 40 balls.
