Gujarat's lower order rallied splendidly to take the team to a exciting two-wicket victory over Delhi on the final day of the Ranji Trophy Elite division game in New Delhi on Tuesday.

Defending a victory target of 218, Delhi captain Amit Bhandari led his team to a spirited fightback, claiming his second successive five-wicket haul. Gujarat, when on doorstep of victory, looked like wasting away the effort of the last three days when they lost three wicket in the space of 10 balls.

It wasn't a day of miracles for Delhi though, as Gujarat knocked of the remaining four runs without losing a wicket and completing a well-deserving victory.

Bhavik Thaker, with an innings of 55, held the Gujarat innings together and helped them earn the full four points from the match
