A secretive 24-year-old young woman took the title of the world’s youngest billionaire, according to latest rankings by Forbes Magazine.

After the list was released, many publications tried to get a photograph of Perenna Kei, the biggest shareholder of Logan Property Holdings, but could not manage a verifiable picture.

She has inherited wealth from her father, who runs a real estate business.

Unlike Kei, many people on the Forbes list are entrepreneurs, mainly in tech, who have made wealth through innovation and implementing their blockbuster ideas.

Here are the youngest billionaires in the world under the age of 40.
