Aramco Trading Co, a subsidiary of state oil giant Saudi Aramco, offered 2.8 million barrels of ultra low sulphur diesel for loading in late July to early August
The state-owned refiner has offered 15,000 tonnes in a tender.
The company is currently negotiating with more buyers.
There was a fire at its older, 660,000 barrels-per-day (bpd) refinery in Jamnagar.
