Top seed Jeevan Nedunchezhiya continued his impressive run to enter the men's singles quarter-finals, but it was curtains for two of the top four seeds, with PC Vignesh and VM Ranjeet withdrawing due to injuries, at the Fenesta Open National Championship in Delhi on Wednesday.
They won the men's and women's singles titles respectively at the All India Ranking Tennis Tournament.
Saketh Myneni-led Baseline Bombers and Sriram Balaji-inspired Accurate Aces scored contrasting wins on the opening day of the 3rd edition of the Amanora Premier Tennis League at the Deccan Gymkhana courts, in Pune on Friday.
