The Gujarat Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) has busted an Al Qaeda module and arrested four members who hail from Bangladesh but have been living illegally in Ahmedabad, an official said on Monday.
Dawood Khan, the mastermind of the Ayodhya suicide attack and self-styled chief of Jaish-e-Mohammad in the Jammu region, was gunned down in a fierce gun-battle between security forces and militants in Poonch district on Monday. 14 blasts rocked Ahmedabad on Saturday evening killing 15 and injuring more than 100 people. The explosions occurred at Maninagar, Isanpur, Narol circle, Bapunagar, Hatkeshwar and Sarangpur bridge, Sarkej and Odhav and created a wave of panic.
The fire broke out at the Balaji Estate in the Narol industrial area on the outskirts of the city.
