Q. i have taken a loan in 2006 june. and paying reguler EMI to bank . the property is the name of my mother and me but but loan is only in my name . house is not in my possession till now bucx it is lucknow development authority project so am not aware when it would be ready . can you write me what amount of tax benefit i can take bcux it is IInd financial year where am paying my loan amount .am working in private company .
