Q. Hi,My L1 B Visa was rejected in April (Chennai) and was given a Blue form saying I need to apply for a different category of Visa.Now my company is applying for H1 B. For this I have the below questions,1) Will my L1 B rejection have any effect on my H1B petition?2) If H1 B is also rejected what are consequences, I came to know if there is two rejection for L1 and H1 in the same year then we may not apply for US work permit permanently.ThanksSrikanth
