Ferrari vented their frustration at rivals Williams and Red Bull Tuesday after the teams said they are opposed to Michael Schumacher testing injured Brazilian Felipe Massa's F60 car. Seven-times world champion Schumacher, who retired in 2006, is set to fill in for Ferrari while Massa recovers.
Red Bull and Williams are opposed to Ferrari's request to let Michael Schumacher test in Felipe Massa's F60 car as the seven-times world champion prepares to return to Formula One in place of the injured Brazilian. In a statement, Williams chief Frank Williams said the FIA would be setting a precedent if Schumacher is allowed to test.

Ferrari presented a new-look 2009 Formula One car on Monday with team boss Stefano Domenicali recognising that new regulations would make it harder for the Italian team to defend their title. Formula One has to contend with major changes this year, including slick tyres and revised aerodynamics designed to make overtaking easier. There are also cost-cutting measures, such as a ban on testing during the season, due to the global financial crisis.
