Q. I am having demat account with ICICI Bank Client ID 13627747.Mr.K.subramanian DBC/sub-broker of ICICI web trade having office at Tirunelveli cheated me by collecting huge amount for purchase of shares and credit the same to my demat account cited above. But till date shares were not credited to my demat a/c. I came to know He has cheated not only me but many with full support of ICICI. I complained the matter to ICICI grievances cell customer service Head Mr.Anirudh Kamini, Andheri (East) Mumbai on 9/9/2007.but No reply/ response from ICICI, Shall I take up the matter with BCSBI for justice

Q. I had taken a ICICI card as it was life time free with an add on card. i made few transaction and had made the payments on time. later i did not use the credit card after a year i started geting a annual fees for add on cards, which i deneid to pay as i felt cheated and i had told the custumer service to cancell my card (I did not had much information that time) but ICICi kept sending me the statement with interest on interest on annual charges. Now i learned i have been a listed in defaulter. what do i do. i have a very good track record with all the bank and credit card i have used till now
