Chinese cameraman dies in Athens

A Chinese cameraman died on Friday after fainting while filming the Olympic torch relay on Thursday evening, Greek officials said.

"Chinese TV reporter Zhang Lee died this morning," a government spokesman told reporters.

Police said Lee, 47, worked for

Beijing TV.

Officials said he was rushed to the Evangelismos Hospital in central Athens where he was pronounced dead early on Friday.

No official cause of death has been given yet but Greek news agency ANA said doctors suspected a heart problem.
