The All-India Football Federation task force on development of the game will meet in Delhi next week to consider ways of standardizing constitutions of state and national bodies.
The AIFF has been forced to consider a uniform constitution following the Asian Football Confederation's insistence on the same.
The task force, set up as part of AFC's Asia Vision program to elevate football standards in countries like India, has already ratified a formal proposal on a uniform constitution.
"The Delhi meeting, to be held anytime between June 1 and 4, will get down to the actual business of amending constitutions to standardize them," Subrata Dutta, a member of the AIFF task force, told
