A Saudi national residing in Winchester, Massachusetts, was arrested by the FBI Wednesday and charged with forcing two Indonesian women to be her domestic servants and threatening them when they tried to leave.

Unconfirmed reports said Hana Al Jader, 39, is married to Saudi Prince Mohamed Bin Turki Alsaud.

US Attorney Michael J. Sullivan said Jader has been charged in a 10 -count indictment with two counts of forced labor, two counts of document servitude, two counts of falsification of records, two counts of visa fraud, and two counts of harboring an alien.

If convicted, she faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine on each count.

It is alleged that Jader obtained the labor and services of two Indonesian women as domestic servants for her and her family from February  2003 through November 2004, and made them believe if they did not perform such labor, they would suffer serious harm.

Jader is also charged with confiscating and possessing the womens' passports to prevent and restrict their liberty to move and travel in order to maintain their labor and services.
