Chairman of the People's Democratic Party and an accused in the Bengaluru serial blasts Abdul Nasser Madani is planning to move the Supreme court after his anticipatory bail application was rejected by the Karnataka high court on Tuesday.

Madani told rediff.com over telephone from his residence at Anwarassery in Kollam that he would move the Supreme Court to ensure he got justice.

He also said that if there is an arrest warrant, he would wholeheartedly cooperate.

The PDP chairman also said that a true Muslim could never be a terrorist, and added that he would take further action after consulting his lawyers.

Justice Anand of Karnataka high court said considering the bail plea of a person accused of unlawful activities would be against national security, internal security and the general public's mentality.

He also said that the police should consider his health condition while executing the arrest warrant.

However, the Bangalore additional district magistrate court has extended his non-bailable arrest warrant upto August 17.
