Defence Minister George Fernandes continues to get unusual one-line fax messages -- some saying the 'colour of terror is red' -- at his official residence in New Delhi, but security agencies are clueless about who is sending them, according to sources.
Such faxes come almost twice a week, they said, adding several measures are being taken to locate the origin of the messages.
On May 5, a person had telephoned Fernandes's residence and showered expletives.
In that case, security agencies were quick to trace the call to Wazirpur Industrial Area in north Delhi and detain the caller, identified as Gyanand Kumar Akhilesh, a native of Fernandes's former parliamentary constituency Muzaffarpur in Bihar.
