VHP leaders to attend RSS meet November 06, 2004 12:36 IST After boycotting Bharatiya Janata Party president Lal Kishenchand Advani on the first day of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh national executive in Haridwar, top Vishwa Hindu Parishad leaders are expected to attend the meeting on Saturday.
Togadia said both he and VHP supremo Ashok Singhal had stayed away from the meeting on Friday after seeking permission to do so from the Sangh leadership. VHP sources, however, maintained its leaders have decided to avoid any interaction with BJP leaders till the party fully returns to its Hindutva roots.
