PML (Q) wins Pakistan senate polls February 25, 2003 15:30 IST Taking advantage of the split in the ranks of mainstream political parties, Pakistan Prime Minister Zafarullah Khan Jamali's party, the Pakistan Muslim League (Quaid-e-Azam), 32 of the total 88 seats counted in the first round of voting in the senate elections.
