Indo-Canadian pornographic actress Sunny Leone aka Karen Malhotra, is all set to enter the Bigg Boss house over the weekend. Leone is of  Indian origin with Sikh/Punjabi parents.

She is the first international celebrity to enter Bigg Boss season 5.

Leone, 30, has appeared in a number of mainstream films, television reality shows in the US and modelled for various magazines like Penthouse and Hustler Honey. She has also hosted shows for MTV and VH1.

Leone was named one of the top 12 X-rated actresses in 2010. She started her career with homosexual roles, before she started doing roles opposite men in 2008.

Reportedly, she was offered Mohit Suri's Kalyug.

On her website, she says that she had her first kiss at 11, found out she was bisexual at 14, and lost her virginity to a basketball player at 16. Before working in the entertainment industry, she first worked at a German bakery, then a Jiffy Lube.

While studying to be a pediatric nurse in Orange County, a classmate who was an exotic dancer introduced Leone to an agent called John Stevens, who introduced her to Jay Allen, a Penthouse photographer.

She posed for Penthouse, and was named Penthouse Pet of the year in 2001. Later, she signed a three-year contract with Vivid with which she transitioned into the world of hordcore porn.

Leone has been featured in several fitness publications and she has shared that she keeps her body in shape by working out as much as she can despite her busy schedule.

Her entry is generating a renewed interest and curiosity in the show. Now, only time wil tell if she's able to match the effect Pamela Anderson's presence had in the house.

The actress has also made mainstream appearances, the first one was in 2005 as a red carpet reporter for MTV awards. She's also done a cameo in The Girl Next Door.

Leone, who has 78,000 followers on microblogging website Twitter, tweeted before leaving for India, 'To all my indian fans!!! I'm coming to INDIA!!! Are you ready??? Stay tuned for big news!!!!'
