Tamil actor Dhanush's song Kolevari Di might have taken the web world by storm. But that didn't impress lyricist Javed Akhtar. 

'"KOLAVARI-D". Every one is praising the robes but the emporer is naked. Tune ordinary ,singing substandard. words an insult to sensibility,' he tweeted.

He responded to a follower's answer: 'What kind of logic is this even if all my songs are trash, meaningless, unbearable how does that make this Kolaveri D good.'

The noted lyricist has received a lot of flak for his remarks. 'its a barrage of comments about my comment on KOLA...some are calling me jealous, even abusing me, others praising me for belling the cat,' he tweeted about the various responses to his tweet.

Bollywood stars congratulated Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao who became the proud parents of a baby boy on December 1.

Ajay Devgn wrote: 'Big congrats to Aamir an Kiran on their new adddition. Baby timings r gonna b something 2 look forward 2! Blessings to the lil one.'

Producer Ritesh Sidhwani saw the boy. He tweeted: 'Just saw Kiran & Aamir's Cutie Pie... Congratulations mommy and daddy on your new bundle of joy...Lots of love.'

Kunal Kohli wrote: 'Congrats Aamir and Kiran. Lots of love to you and your lil baby boy. So so happy for all 3 of you.'

Priyanka Chopra, who is busy working on her debut album, seems to be taking after eccentric attitude of American popstars with a vengeance. 

The actress took everyone by surprise when she retweeted American popstar Rihanna's tweet. She tweeted: 'RT @rihanna F**k I look like ho? I look like yes and ya look like no.'

Amitabh Bachchan quickly replied: '@priyankachopra @rihanna Priyanka !!!??? 4 letter word !!???? From you ???'

Explaining the tweet, Priyanka wrote: 'sir retweet tha.... Haaaaw! don't naaaa...(blush blush)@SrBachchan'

However, Amitabh who was caught in a similar situation told that he learnt from his experience. '@priyankachopra Arre, retweet bhi padha jaata hai ..mujhse poocho, main bhugat chuka hoon !! But chill .. love to you and take care !!' he wrote.

She even promised fans that she will be a good girl from now on. 'Alright guys.imma b a good girl now and quietly go to work.teeheehee..think I shud shuttup for a bit.. Haha!have a brilliant day loves!' she added.
